We provide expert advice in the complex area of employment law to employees.

We act for individuals at all levels within organisations.  We can advise on unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination.

We have acted for employees in all types of discrimination and harassment claims before the Industrial Tribunals in Northern Ireland, including those relating to sex, race, disability, age and religion/political opinion. We have previously acted in discrimination cases supported by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. We can offer advice, and have acted in, equal pay claims.

We can offer advice on wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal claims.

We also deal with a range of general employment matters applicable to employees ranging from advice on disciplinary issues and procedures and grievances, to providing advice in connection with a compromise agreement.
