Police or Prison Service Related Hearing Loss Claims

If you suffer from deafness or hearing problems and have served in the Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) or Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), or the Prison Service, then these problems may be related to your service and exposure to noise from both weapons training and other training, such as public order disputes training, control and restraint training, etc, or from helicopter flights.

We have successfully taken action on behalf of both current and former RUC/PSNI Officers in respect of hearing loss sustained during their service with the RUC/PSNI.  We have also represented Prison Officers in respect of hearing loss sustained during their service with the Prison Service.
