We provide expert advice in the complex area of employment law to employers.

We can offer guidance to employers on the many rules and regulations relating to their workforce.  We can advise on contracts of employment and employment policies, the applications of TUPE as well as redundancy and restructuring.  We also advise and represent employer clients in connection with the defence of employee dismissal claims and discrimination claims of all types, including discrimination and harassment related to sex, race, disability, age and religious belief/political opinion.

We have particular interest in social media and the employment relationship; and can provide advice on suitable policies for employers to monitor and govern the use of social media in the workplace. See Social Media Law for more information.

We also deal with a range of general employment matters applicable to employers including advice on data protection, disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances and the use of compromise agreements.
